At Ylozdraxax, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our interior design services. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, refunds, and returns related to our consultation and design services.

Please note that as a service-based business, our refund policies differ from those of retail product sales. This policy applies to all services provided by Ylozdraxax.

Service Cancellation Policy

Initial Consultation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your initial consultation:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund or rescheduling available
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% refund or rescheduling with a rescheduling fee
  • No-shows: No refund, but rescheduling may be available with full payment

Project Cancellation

For ongoing projects, cancellation terms are specified in your project agreement. Generally:

  • Before work begins: Full refund of deposit minus a 10% processing fee
  • After design phase begins: Deposit is non-refundable, but you may receive design materials completed to date
  • After implementation begins: No refund of deposit or progress payments. Work completed to date remains your property

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Service Not Delivered

If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Significant Service Issues

If you experience significant issues with our service delivery that cannot be resolved through revisions or corrections, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after services have begun, refunds are not typically available. However, we may offer to pause the project or transfer remaining work to a future date, subject to availability and additional terms.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Completed design work and deliverables
  • Time spent on consultation and planning
  • Purchased materials or products ordered specifically for your project
  • Third-party vendor fees that have been paid
  • Travel expenses for in-person consultations

Revision and Correction Policy

If you are not satisfied with aspects of the delivered work, we offer:

  • Minor revisions: Included in original service agreement (typically 2-3 rounds)
  • Major revisions: May incur additional fees, discussed and agreed upon in advance
  • Corrections for errors: Corrected at no additional charge if the error is on our part

We encourage open communication throughout the design process to minimize the need for extensive revisions.

Product Returns

If we assist with purchasing products or furnishings:

  • Product return policies are subject to the individual vendor's terms and conditions
  • We will assist you with return processes but are not responsible for vendor return policies
  • Custom or made-to-order items are typically non-returnable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
  • Processing fees may apply as specified in your agreement
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services or wish to request a refund:

  1. Contact us directly at info@ylozdraxax.world to discuss your concerns
  2. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  3. We will work with you to find a fair resolution
  4. If we cannot reach an agreement, we may involve a neutral mediator

Warranty and Guarantee Information

We stand behind the quality of our design work. All design services come with the following guarantees:

  • Design work meets professional industry standards
  • Materials and recommendations are as specified in design plans
  • Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in your agreement

If you believe our work does not meet these standards, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and, if valid, work with you to resolve it through revisions or other appropriate means.

Quality Assurance

Before considering a refund, we encourage clients to allow us the opportunity to address any concerns. Our quality assurance process includes:

  • Review of completed work against project specifications
  • Client feedback collection throughout the project
  • Revision cycles to ensure satisfaction
  • Final inspection and sign-off procedures

Most concerns can be resolved through our revision process without the need for refunds.

Timeline and Deadlines

If we fail to meet agreed-upon deadlines or timelines specified in your project agreement, you may be entitled to compensation or refunds depending on the circumstances.

Delays caused by factors beyond our control, including client delays in providing information or approvals, may extend project timelines without penalty.

We will communicate any potential delays as soon as they become apparent and work with you to adjust timelines accordingly.

Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. In cases of:

  • Medical emergencies affecting you or your family
  • Natural disasters or severe weather events
  • Unexpected life events (job loss, relocation, etc.)
  • Financial hardship
  • Other extenuating circumstances beyond your control

  • Flexible payment plans
  • Project postponement options
  • Partial refunds or credits
  • Transfer of services to another party
